Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Oklahoma state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Experience in school-based settings or strong desire to work with school-aged children Proficiency with teletherapy platforms (for virtual roles) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders across a manageable caseload Deliver speech therapy services via teletherapy and/or onsite Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in team meetings Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to foster student growth and achievement Enjoy the benefits of a supportive environment, an organized and approachable team, and reasonable caseload sizes tailored for meaningful intervention.
