In this engaging role, your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will positively impact both middle and high school learners as you split your time between two locations. Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, working on a full-time basis of 35 hours per week, and focus on fostering communication skills in diverse age groups.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain it Proficiency in American Sign Language is essential ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience supporting school-aged students in a public education setting is valuable Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students' communication needs Conduct thorough assessments, document progress, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, faculty, and families to support IEP goals Provide direct therapy sessions to students in both middle and high school environments Maintain all required records and compliance documentation with care and timeliness Facilitate inclusive approaches to support a positive and accessible learning atmosphere for all students, including those who use sign language This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' lives throughout the current school year, from your start date through May 22, 2026.
