Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-12 district located in Elmira, California. This contract role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment supporting students across all grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Certification of Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting preferred Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other related service providers Familiarity with state and federal educational regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processesResponsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication disorders Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies and state guidelines Support educators and families by offering strategies and resources to enhance communication skills in classroom and home environmentsBenefits and Perks:
