Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact on student learning as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based contract position focuses on providing essential speech-language assessment, intervention, and support services to students whose communication challenges affect their educational progress. You'll collaborate with an engaged network of educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to help students achieve their fullest academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including IEP goals Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy tailored to each student's plan Keep thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance records in accordance with school standards Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions to inform best practices and student care Partner closely with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, school psychologists, and families to support integrated educational strategies Offer consultation and recommendations to help students succeed within the classroom environment Continually assess student progress and adjust intervention strategies for optimal outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
