$55.00 - $65.00 / hour (based on experience) About the Role We're hiring 1 School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Grass Valley, CA for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a direct hire, in-person role serving students districtwide across multiple school sites.

Hours:

Full-time, 35 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)

Hourly Rate:

$55.00 - $65.00 / hour, based on experience

Caseload:

35-40 students

Setting:

Districtwide / multiple school sites

Student Population:

K-12 Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students across the district Travel between multiple school sites to serve assigned caseload Collaborate with teachers, IEP teams , and related service providers Maintain accurate service records and progress documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to communication goals Qualifications Active California SLP License (required) California Teaching Credential (CTC) or eligible to obtain CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligible Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Comfortable with districtwide, multi-site assignments Benefits Health/Dental/Vision 401(k) / Retirement Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement for Site-to-Site Travel Continuing Education Support Tax free stipends for qualified candidates Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
