Pay & Schedule Pay:

$33/hour increases to $34.65 on 9/1/26

Paid Training:

$20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips:

$27/hour

Schedule:

Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with NRT? What You'll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies ? Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements(or willingness to obtain — we train!) Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) ?
