School Bus Drivers Starting pay varies based on experience — higher pay for licensed CDL drivers What You'll Do Safely transport students to and from school and activities Conduct pre-trip safety inspections Follow assigned routes and schedules Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate positively with students, parents, and staff Ensure student safety and proper use of restraints What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and safety-focused individuals Ability to work well with students Good driving record Willingness to obtain CDL (we provide paid training if needed) Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical Requirements for
