Requirements Master's degree in School Counseling with a current license and certification. Minimum two years experience working with children in a school setting. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and teachers. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and conflict management strategies. Familiarity with child protective services protocols. Experience in individual and group counseling. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
