School Custodian / Janitor

Come join the Nawa Family! - Start ASAP Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Kalkaska area! We have part-time and full-time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start. A great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and values consistency.

Part-Time Openings:

Monday through Friday 4-hour block between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM. You choose your start time, which will remain consistent each day. Occasional weekend hours may be required for school event setup and teardown Schedules may shift to first shift hours during school breaks.

Full Time Opportunity:

Monday- Friday:

Pay Rate:

$14 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Cleaning restrooms Removing trash Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment ( We'll provide training) As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned What we're looking for: Able to successfully pass a background check and meet school clearance requirements, including fingerprinting. Authorized to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable and able to show up on time consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
