• Support the physical and emotional health needs of students in grades 6-12
• Oversee and manage the school health program, including health needs assessments and health education planning
• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive health services to ensure students are safe, healthy, and ready to learn
• Serve as a key resource in maintaining a healthy school environment
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community providers to support student wellness
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active and valid nursing license (RN), and a VT Agency of Education license endorsed as a school nurse or the ability to obtain a Vermont educator license
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
