Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting a welcoming educational setting near Fishers, IN. With the flexibility to choose part-time (20 hours) or full-time (40 hours) commitments and a single school assignment, you'll have the chance to form strong connections and help students reach their greatest potential. Your role will focus on delivering occupational therapy services in a collaborative environment, supporting a diverse range of students (specific caseload details to be determined). Apply your skills in assessment, intervention, and participation in team meetings, while working alongside educators and families who value your expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
Hold a current Indiana Professional Occupational Therapy License Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is welcomed Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents Commitment to individualized and data-driven service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' educational goals Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed Adapt interventions to meet the varied needs of students across age groups
