Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This opportunity is for a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in elementary and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) caseloads within a school setting for the 2025-2026 academic year. The assignment runs from ASAP through the end of the school year. This contract position is based in Odessa, DE, and requires an active Delaware OT license. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary students, including those with ASD. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Conduct assessments, document therapy sessions, and maintain compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and assist with educational planning as needed. Desired Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapy license in Delaware. Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged children and ASD populations. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a full caseload effectively. Certified in OT practice with knowledge of educational intervention strategies.
