Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license and certification Experience providing OT services in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements Ability to adapt interventions to suit diverse student needs Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Skilled in managing caseloads and maintaining organized records
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy assessments and individualized interventions for students in the district Participate in developing IEPs and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school standards Conduct therapy both in-person at the school and via teletherapy platforms as needed Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and parents on activities that support student development Attend team meetings and contribute expertise for program improvement Track student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
