Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by supporting school communities as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 academic year. Multiple positions are available, each offering a unique opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to children in a school setting. Whether you prefer serving a smaller, focused group or working with a larger caseload, there is a fit for your talents and interests.

Lake in the
Hills, IL:
16 students / 15 hours per week
Morton Grove, IL:
9 students / 5-7 hours per week
Oak Lawn, IL:
29 students / 15-20 hours per week
Plainfield, IL:
22 students / 15 hours per week
Rockford, IL:
Caseload to be determined / 15 hours per week Desired qualifications: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in a school setting preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively with IEP teams Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Compassion for and commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEPs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough records and progress reports Support students in achieving communication milestones in educational settings Experience the rewards of meaningful work in a flexible contract role for the upcoming school year.
