Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact supporting students' growth and development in a dynamic educational setting as a contract Occupational Therapist. This onsite role focuses on delivering essential OT services across multiple school sites, working closely with students from TK through 12th grade. Your professional expertise will help students achieve their IEP goals while you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student access, participation, and functional skill development. With an anticipated start date in August and the potential to extend through the full school year, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections throughout your assignment. What you'll bring: Current active California OT licensure Experience participating in and leading IEP meetings Familiarity with SEIS (preferred) Technological literacy—comfortable with digital documentation and working within online platforms Previous experience in a school-based setting or with diverse student populations highly valued Key responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy to approximately 55 students across multiple school campuses Serve a caseload spanning TK-12th grades Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet each student's needs Participate in and, when needed, lead IEP meetings Maintain accurate, timely documentation and service tracking Adapt intervention strategies to fit diverse learning environments and student needs This assignment offers both breadth and variety, making it an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and make an immediate difference.
