Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, delivering essential support and expertise in a dynamic educational environment near Revere, MA. This full-time position spans 37.5 hours each week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 24, 2026, with potential for extension into ESY (Extended School Year) or NSY (Next School Year) considerations. Bring your knowledge and passion for helping students thrive—in classrooms, specialized sessions, and via home health support. Qualifications & Preferred Background:
Valid Occupational Therapy licensure Experience with OT in school, home health, and broader healthcare settings Strong understanding of IEPs and student-centered therapy plans Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families Collaborative mindset with a commitment to inclusive, holistic care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students' individual needs Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies for a range of abilities Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to optimize outcomes Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with policy and best practices Monitor progress, adjust goals, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Provide support in both school and home-health environments as appropriate This contract offers stability, professional growth, and the fulfillment that comes from empowering students to reach their fullest potential.
