Key Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in school-based occupational therapy, home health, and healthcare preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Passion for engaging with diverse student and patient populations

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in school settings and home health environments as needed Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and individualized treatment planning Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student and patient outcomes Participate in meetings, write reports, and maintain accurate records Travel to various sites as assigned
