Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff Commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs related to fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements Offer consultation, training, and resources to parents and staff to foster inclusive support Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluation and planning Imagine your expertise helping unlock student potential in a dynamic, supportive school setting.
