This position works directly with the Head of School and Assistant Head of School and plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school. The ideal candidate is experienced in an early childhood or elementary school setting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both administrative operations and classroom activities. Qualifications Experience working in an Early Childhood Center or school setting required CurrentOEC BCIS
fingerprinted clearance preferred Background as an Early Childhood Educator or Elementary School Teacher strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a fast-paced school environment Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Canva AI navigation/tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Responsibilities Monitor and manage the school's main office email Answer and direct incoming phone calls Support the Head of School and Assistant Head of School with daily administrative tasks Maintain and organize school supply inventory lists Conduct school campus tours for prospective families Assist with back-office management and school operations Provide classroom support for teachers as needed Help coordinate school activities and events Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned Skills & Attributes Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail Problem-solving mindset Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Comfortable adapting to changing daily needs Passion for working in an educational environment with young childrenSimilar remote jobs
