Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a difference supporting students as a Physical Therapist providing essential services in a school setting near Nichols and Latta, SC. Key Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and intervention strategies Experience completing evaluations, reevaluations, and related documentation Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong skills in managing IEP paperwork and participating in IEP meetings Reliable, organized, and able to manage caseload of approximately 27 hours per month
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to students one day per week Conduct evaluations and reevaluations aligned with educational goals Complete and maintain accurate IEP documentation within required timelines Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering insight to support student success Coordinate with other service providers and educators to optimize student outcomes This contract role offers compensation between $40 and $50 per hour, making it a fantastic part-time option for physical therapists seeking supplemental income or a flexible engagement.
