We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist eager to make a positive impact on young learners through targeted services in a school environment. This contract assignment runs from Monday, June 22nd through Friday, July 17th, with a highly desirable schedule: two days per week from 7:45am to 12:00pm, plus a potential half-day for prep on June 17th or June 18th.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Prior experience providing PT services in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of the physical and developmental needs of school-aged children Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Clear communication skills and a flexible, positive approach

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct PT services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school guidelines Assess, plan, and implement tailored interventions to promote student mobility, motor skills, and classroom participation Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff for inclusive practices Contribute insights during team meetings and assist with transition or discharge planning as needed This contract offers the perfect blend of professional engagement and summertime flexibility.
