View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressive experience in custodial, grounds, or general maintenance service. Requires a valid driver's license and a forklift certificate. Selection Process All applications will be screened to ensure applicants are currently contracted with SUSD and meet minimum qualifications. The process will include two oral panel exams scheduled for June 3, 2026; a Leadership panel and a Technical panel. A passing score of 70% is required on each exam. Those candidates achieving a passing score of 70% or higher will be placed on an eligibility list to receive a departmental interview. The Eligibility List is good for one year. All exams are based on the job description for the position. Job descriptions are available on the District website, Personnel Commission, or Human Resources.
