Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated School Psychologists seeking a flexible contract role supporting students in the Philadelphia area. This position is available on a per-evaluation basis, starting as soon as possible, with assignments continuing through the summer and into the next school year. Whether you're looking to supplement existing work or prioritize flexibility in your schedule, this role allows you to make a lasting impact on student well-being across multiple assessment needs. You'll be compensated competitively, with rates between $45 and $60 per hour, depending on your experience, level of education, and licensure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Current Pennsylvania School Psychologist License, or the ability to obtain one prior to the new school year Experience working as a School Psychologist within a school setting preferred Strong assessment, evaluation, and reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated understanding of best practices in student evaluation and support Commitment to maintaining compliance with all state and federal guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student evaluations for learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Compile and deliver comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations Engage with teachers, staff, and families to guide educational planning and support Communicate results clearly and support the implementation of intervention strategies Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and district standards This unique per-evaluation position is ideal for independent, organized professionals who thrive in dynamic educational environments and appreciate variety in their daily work.
