Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity providing essential psychological services to students in PreK through 2nd grade or middle school settings. This role runs from August 17, 2026, through June 9, 2027, and is fully onsite, fostering direct collaboration with students, educators, and families.
Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a School Psychologist Previous experience or interest in working with PreK-2nd grade or middle school student populations Strong ability to administer, score, and interpret psychological and educational assessments Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs, 504s, and providing consultative support to staff Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Capability to work effectively in a school-based multidisciplinary teamKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students Collaborate in the development, implementation, and review of individualized education plans Provide direct counseling and intervention services as appropriate Participate in team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making for student support Offer consultative services and crisis intervention as needed Maintain accurate, confidential records and timely reporting As part of this contract position, you will earn a competitive rate of $60 per hour, with the added convenience of weekly pay.
