Desired Qualifications:
Valid Kansas School Psychologist license is required Openness to new graduates; all levels of experience considered Prior experience with Kansas school systems (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) Provide direct and indirect services to support student learning and well-being Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed for individual or groups of students Document all activities and maintain accurate student records in compliance with state and district guidelines
