Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Empower students to achieve their best by providing expert psychological support and evaluation in a dynamic educational environment. As a School Psychologist, your insight will be an essential resource for students, families, and faculty alike. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering student growth, enhancing academic outcomes, and addressing emotional and behavioral needs within the school setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Prior experience in a school environment or educational setting preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and special education procedures Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to provide individual and group counseling to students Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) Provide consultation services to teachers, parents, and school staff regarding effective strategies for supporting students Deliver direct counseling to address academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design interventions and monitor student progress Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records aligned with best practices and compliance standards
