Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting students' growth and achievement as a school psychologist or school psychologist intern. Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain state credentials Degree in school psychology or related field required; consideration given to school psychologist interns from accredited programs Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and multi-tiered support systems (MTSS) Knowledge of special education law, IEP development, and crisis response preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students Collaborate with teams on assessment planning and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Facilitate solution-focused consultations with teachers, parents, and administrators Develop and monitor behavioral interventions, data-driven supports, and progress monitoring plans Provide guidance and participate in Response to Intervention (RtI) initiatives and crisis interventions Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and uphold ethical standards in all services
