Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Direct Hire Discover an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact as a school psychologist in a supportive educational environment near Buckeye, AZ! Our district seeks four dedicated professionals to join us directly and contribute to student success at the campus level. In this direct hire role, each psychologist will have the opportunity to focus their expertise at a single campus, allowing for strong connections with students, staff, and families. Qualifications and Skills:
State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience working in school settings preferred Proficiency in conducting educational evaluations, assessments, and interventions Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (additional stipend available) Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students' educational and emotional needs Develop and implement intervention strategies Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Offer counseling and crisis support services as needed Advocate for students to help remove barriers to academic and social success
