Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students for the upcoming academic year near Pontiac, IL. This school-based role provides the chance to collaborate with educators and families across three buildings, guiding a manageable caseload of 20-25 students. Build meaningful relationships while applying your expertise in cognitive testing and IEP development in an onsite environment.
Position Details:
Contract position running from August 17 to May 28 Full-time hours: 35 hours per week Work hours: 7:45 AM - 3:30
PM Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid School Psychologist certification (Illinois licensure required) Experience with K-12 student populations Familiarity with cognitive assessments and interpreting results Proficiency in developing and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
Key Responsibilities:
