ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Durham, NC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.Work Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•3:30PM Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $45•50/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) options Weekly pay Professional support and development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility for services Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans Provide counseling and intervention services addressing behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings Assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and monitor student progress Promote positive mental health practices and contribute to a supportive school climate Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelinesQualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification (or ability to obtain) Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred Previous school-based experience preferred How toApply:
