Position Details:

Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm Work closely with one preschool student, ensuring seamless care throughout the school day Accompany the student on the bus to and from school

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license required Previous experience in school or pediatric nursing strongly preferred Proficiency with trach care and airway management Skilled in performing tracheal suctioning as needed Capable of managing and monitoring prescribed oxygen therapy Experience with enteral feeding tube care, feedings, and medication administration Compassionate, reliable, and able to create a supportive environment for a preschool student

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the student's respiratory status throughout the day Provide ongoing trach care, suctioning, and oxygen therapy per physician orders Administer feedings and medications via an enteral feeding tube with precision and care Document health status, interventions, and progress, communicating regularly with the student's family and school teams Ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere during school hours and transportation This rewarding role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a child's daily life by providing critical nursing support.
