Travel assignments here are more than just work—you'll gain exposure to diverse clinical practices and school leadership approaches, expand your professional toolkit, and enjoy the adventure of exploring a new city. This full-time, 1:1 position pairs you with a preschool-aged student in need of specialized healthcare. Working Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, with a consistent 35-hour work week, you'll accompany your student on the bus to and from school. This role is ideal for nurses who want to see the immediate impact of their skills and build meaningful connections—all while growing their credentials.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing highly preferred Proficiency in trach care and airway management, including tracheal suctioning Skilled in administration of oxygen therapy and enteral feeding tube care CPR/BLS certification requiredKey Responsibilities:
Ride bus with student, providing care and monitoring throughout transit Deliver daily trach care, airway management, and suctioning as needed Administer and monitor prescribed oxygen therapy Manage enteral feedings and medication administration via feeding tube Maintain detailed health records and communicate with school staff and familiesPerks:
