Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students to find their voices as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with K-12 learners in a supportive educational setting. This contract position calls for a dedicated SLP eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, fostering communication growth and academic achievement for students across grade levels.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Indiana ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates considered Experience serving K-12 students in a school environment is highly regarded Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both individual and group therapy Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Adaptability to meet varying student needs and integrate seamlessly into school culture
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Assess students' abilities using standardized tools and functional assessments Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual and group needs Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families Complete and maintain thorough, timely documentation for services, IEPs, and progress reports Participate actively in IEP meetings and offer expertise to support student success Imagine making a tangible difference in students' lives while advancing your professional skills in a rewarding school-based contract environment.
