Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve measurable speech and language goals Monitor progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student outcomes Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other specialists to ensure holistic, coordinated care Actively involve and educate families to maximize therapy benefits and support at home

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations is desirable Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

To Qualify:
