Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active California SLP license and CTC (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA Prior experience in school settings highly valued Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 55-60 students (age range TBD) Deliver targeted assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop IEP goals aligned with student needs Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for documentation and reporting Provide support and education to caregivers and instructional staff Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and help students thrive
