Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Support elementary-aged learners as a valued Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! Collaborate with a welcoming school community focused on student success and work within a team that values your professional expertise. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 6, 2026, through May 25, 2027, offering guaranteed hours and a consistent schedule with no duties outside your contract—so you can focus on making a difference for your students. Ideal candidates will have experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy services across evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY, you'll receive support and the opportunity to grow your skills.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist CCC-SLP or clinical fellow (CFY) status welcomed Previous experience with elementary-age students in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to meet IEP goals
Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy sessions for elementary students Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in line with IEP requirements Develop, implement, and document therapy plans and student progress Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in eligibility, IEP, and data meetings during contract hours Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
