Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-based Speech-Language Pathologists have the opportunity to make a lasting impact as part of a dynamic team supporting students from pre-kindergarten through high school. This contract position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, and guaranteed interviews for qualified candidates interested in starting immediately, joining the summer session, or planning for the upcoming school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Current Pennsylvania SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one Prior experience in a school setting is valued Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy tailored to K-12 students Conduct student assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in collaboration with educational staff and families Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Attend meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to support holistic student success
