Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluation, and progress reporting Excellent organizational and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers for integrating communication goals Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed Imagine building trusting relationships with students, seeing the results of your work firsthand, and growing professionally alongside passionate colleagues.
