Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Looking for an engaging summer role supporting students' communication skills? This opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist offers the chance to make a difference in a dynamic educational setting during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. Work with a dedicated group of students and collaborate with education professionals during a six-week ESY program. The schedule is conducive to summer flexibility, with shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM. Orientation is set for Monday, June 29th, and the program runs through August 6th. Located conveniently near Pittston and Kingston, this position is perfect for those looking to contribute their expertise during the summer months. Enjoy competitive hourly pay, with rates ranging from $38 to $45, recognizing your critical skills and commitment.
Key Qualifications:
Current and valid PA SLP Educator License required Experience with school-aged children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfortable creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
