This role is perfect for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make an impact over the summer months. You'll work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm, with an orientation held on Monday, June 29th. The assignment runs from June 29th through August 6th, offering the flexibility of a condensed workweek to fit your summer plans.
What you bring:
Valid Pennsylvania SLP Educator License required Previous experience working in school settings preferred Competence in delivering speech and language therapy to diverse student populations Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Positive, student-centered approach What you'll do: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students during the ESY program Conduct assessments and document student progress according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educational teams to support each child's communication goals Adapt therapy plans to student needs in a group or individual setting Maintain thorough and timely records of sessions, progress, and goals Participate in orientation prior to the program start to ensure a seamless experience You will enjoy the convenience of a consistent daytime schedule three days a week, a summer assignment tailored for work-life balance, and competitive hourly pay from $38 to $45, reflecting your expertise.
