Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Take the next step in your professional journey with a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on student communication, collaborating with teams across multiple school sites. The contract is scheduled from July 1, 2026, through July 30, 2026, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Serving 56 students, you'll rotate between West Crawford Elementary, Dunbar Township Elementary, Springfield Elementary, and Connellsville Area High School.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred Ability to work onsite and travel between assigned schools as needed Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating across sites
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students during ESY Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEP-driven therapy plans Track student progress; document interventions and maintain required records Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff at multiple locations Support 56 students' goals, providing individualized therapeutic interventions Attend brief meetings or consultations as necessary
