Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Muncie, IN, supporting an educational setting within a Special Education Cooperative. This role is ideal for licensed SLP professionals with a strong background in school-based therapy and a passion for working with children to enhance their communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification (CCC-SLP preferred) Experience in school-based speech therapy Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80+ students Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to working primarily in-person
Location:
Muncie, Indiana within a Special Education Cooperative setting, serving Grissom Elementary.
Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to a diverse caseload of students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teaching staff and families Implement evidence-based therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, and communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student's development Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
