What You'll Do:

Review and potentially prepare daily Health and Safety Plans, while taking ownership of personal and team safety in the field. Collect and interpret data through research, file reviews, field observations, measurements, field testing, and other established methods. Perform technical computations and process data using computer software and other approved methods. Prepare technical reports documenting project findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Develop maps, illustrations, and other materials to support data interpretation and presentation. Assist Project Managers with assigning work to project personnel and tracking project progress. Support Senior Scientists serving as technical resources for the company. Assist with evaluating alternative solutions to scientific and technical challenges. Occasionally serve as a client contact for smaller projects as part of routine project execution. Participate in client meetings with support from senior staff and help ensure client needs are understood and addressed. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and at least two years of related experience, or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and at least one year of related experience. Proficiency with techniques, software, and technologies relevant to the position. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and present technical findings. Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret scientific data. Experience supporting research or technical projects, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, and deadline management. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Interest in developing client relationships and participating in business development activities. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed in a variety of settings, including offices, buildings, outdoor environments, construction sites, and other project locations. The position may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to travel to project sites. Ability to access and navigate active job sites and construction areas.

Salary Range:

The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
