You're a key player working closely with a small, collaborative team where your expertise directly impacts customers and products. You'll report directly to the Director of R D, collaborate daily with sales, QC, and operations, and see your protocols used by real scientists solving real problems. You'll travel, meet customers, and build deep expertise across multiple applications. Who You Are Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field (required) Hands-on expert in cell culture, stem cells, immunoassays, and molecular biology techniques Proficient with key platforms: flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, cell-based assays Strong communicator: you can explain complex science to both PhDs and technicians
