Job Description:
The candidate will applystate-of-the-artmass spectrometry tocharacterizeprotein therapeutics as well asanalyzecomplex biological samples in proteomics studies. In this role you will be involved in multidisciplinary collaborations with other teams including protein science,biology,and translational sciences, to support the research and development of novel therapeutic bispecific antibodies. Responsibilities Operate and maintain Orbitrap mass spectrometer and HPLC Characterize antibody therapeutics using mass spec, including intact mass measurement, bispecific antibody chain pairing analysis, N-glycosylation analysis and PTM profiling through peptide mapping Assistwith proteomics experiments from study design, sample preparation to data analysis to understand the mechanism of action for novel therapeutic drugs Maintain detailed experimental records Communicate and collaborate across a diverse interdisciplinary team Required qualifications BS degree required Must be able to work onsite daily. Experience with independent operation and maintenance of Orbitrap mass spectrometer and HPLC In depth knowledge and extensive hands-on industrial experience with intact mass measurement, subunit analysis, peptide mapping, and N-glycosylation profiling Strong understanding of antibody sequence liability and data interpretation in forced degradation samples Experience with Xcalibur, Qual Browser, BioPharma finder and Byos is preferred Experience with bispecific antibody and ADC is preferred Experience with proteomics is a bonus but not required recblid rrmxmyttq2kr6h4n7jpwg6nwo6dulp
