We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Development Associate to join our innovative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking therapies by supporting preclinical and early-stage clinical programs. The successful candidate will engage in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scientific excellence and innovation.Job Responsibilities:
Conduct early formulation studies and basic physicochemical characterization to support preclinical and first-in-human programs. Perform experiments under guidance, maintain detailed electronic records, and assist with lab readiness and sample logistics. Collaborate with various teams to enhance throughput, reproducibility, and data traceability using automation and digital tools. Prepare and deliver formulations for PK/PD and toxicology studies, ensuring adherence to SOPs. ExecuteHPLC/UPLC
assays, process data, and summarize results for project teams. Ensure lab equipment upkeep, safety, and supply management to meet study timelines.Skills Required:
Proficiency inHPLC/UPLC
for content and stability testing, including data processing and integration. Basic operation of laboratory automation platforms for high-throughput screening. Understanding of drug formulation and key physicochemical properties for preclinical dosing. Proficiency in basic organic chemistry and core lab techniques like pH measurement and filtration. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and safety. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.About SSi People:
