Research Scholar - Biochemistry Advocate Aurora Health - 3.6 Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Full-time $22.90 - $34.35 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Laboratory animal handling Full Job Description Research Scholar/Laboratory Technician (Animal and Molecular Biology Focus) We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled laboratory technician with broad expertise in animal research and molecular/cellular biology techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory animal work, including handling, breeding, routine monitoring, and colony management Conduct genotyping and maintain accurate records of animal health and experimental data Support and perform tissue culture experiments Execute molecular and biochemical assays, including protein and RNA analyses Perform immunohistochemistry and related techniques Assist in maintaining laboratory organization, compliance, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent extensive hands-on experience Demonstrated experience with animal handling and research procedures Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., tissue culture, RNA/protein assays, immunohistochemistry) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
