Job Category Staff & Executive - Healthcare Overview New Jersey's academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care, and conducting research, all with the goal of improving human health. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Neurosurgery within the New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). The Department of Neurosurgery is seeking a graduate of a MD or PhD program preferably with a background in basic sciences, particularly in skull-based Neurosurgery. This individual will work under the supervision of Dr Anil Nanda. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Review ongoing research protocols for the Neurosurgery department and for publication purposes. Review and edit recorded surgeries for future teaching purposes. Develop new proposals for research-related neurosurgery. Present at research meetings and educational conferences/grand rounds held within the department. Provide regular updates to the editorial staff regarding the status of manuscripts in preparation.

Exempt Minimum Salary 20,000 Mid Range Salary 90,000 Maximum Salary 200,000 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
