Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Math Bids Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and preparing mathematical proposals and bids for educational projects, research grants, and curriculum development initiatives. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver innovative math education solutions by crafting accurate, compelling, and technically sound bid documents. Duties Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for math-related educational projects, including curriculum development, classroom programs, and research initiatives Conduct detailed mathematical analyses using advanced concepts such as trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, and discrete math to support bid accuracy Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to develop tailored lesson plans and instructional strategies aligned with project requirements Review and proofread bid documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency in technical language and formatting Utilize learning technology tools to enhance bid presentations and ensure accessibility for diverse student populations Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and data Stay informed on current trends in higher education teaching, special education, Montessori methods, and education administration to inform bid strategies Experience Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational research within a classroom or laboratory setting Strong background in mathematics including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, discrete math, differential equations, and molecular biology concepts Laboratory experience in research settings such as microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, or dissection techniques is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying ages and backgrounds in both private school environments and mainstream classrooms Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, researchers, and administrative staff Experience with standardized testing preparation and tutoring is advantageous Familiarity with library services for research purposes and experience in education administration or special education settings Join us as a Math Bids Specialist to leverage your mathematical expertise in shaping innovative educational solutions.
