Job Description
This is a high-impact technical role focused on supporting vaccine process development within our state-of-the-art GMP laboratories. The successful candidate will perform critical analytical testing and biochemical analysis to ensure the safety and efficacy of therapeutic proteins. You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team that balances rigorous scientific testing with the operational needs of a busy pharmaceutical lab. This position offers the opportunity to work on life-saving vaccine technology in an environment that values technical precision and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Conduct analytical testing, including chemical labeling of biological samples and
HPLC/UPLC
separations. Perform potency assays (ELISA) and execute detailed data analysis for therapeutic proteins. Prepare buffers and solutions, pack chromatography columns, and manage laboratory supply inventory. Utilize Empower software for chromatography data management and analysis. Execute biochemical analysis methods including capillary electrophoresis and two-dimensional separation. Document all laboratory activities electronically, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with cGMP/cGLP standards. Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on complex laboratory equipment. Author internal technical reports and maintain a clean, inspection-ready, and safe work environment. Support system setup, sterilization, and sampling processes to keep the laboratory running efficiently. Education Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific field. Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry. 1-2 years of specific hands-on wet laboratory experience with chromatography techniques (SEC, IEX, HIC, RP). Previous experience working within a cGMP or cGLP regulated environment.Additional Information Location:
